“I will jog tonight!” – my friend PMed me. “…to de-stress…”, she continued.
“I will stress eat!” I replied.
She run when she’s frustrated and sad…and when her heart is aching…
She cries it all out while running…and feel better after.
“Whatever floats our boat…”, my mind blurted.
